Designed to outlast the weather, there’s no need for rain and heavy winds to chase you off the lake; foul weather comfort is the Commander Elite’s specialty. The tall, fully welded windshield seals out the elements and the optional convertible top enclosure helps to keep you and your crew warm and dry. No need to enclose the bow area in bad weather either, the diamond plated bow well is fully sealed and independently drains overboard.
With consoles located further forward than other models combined with the SST Space Saver Transom, the cockpit is more spacious than most 20’ boats! This oversized cockpit makes the Commander Elite equally well suited as a trolling/downrigger boat or a water taxi to ferry company to a land locked cottage destination.

We outfit our Commander Elites with upgrades that big water fisherman prefer. The full convertible top enclsure package keeps you out of the elemnts on foul weather days and a starboard side windshield wiper has also been included. A custom fitted travel cover is also supplied for mooring, storage or highway travel. The two swivel Pro fishing seats are complimented by a pair of port and starboard side mounted bench seats with generous storage boxes in the seat bases. A washdown system is included for quick and easy cleanups after hauling in that trophy salmon. A dual fuel line pickup is located in the splashwell area should you ever decide to add a kicker motor on the SST transom and cargo nets are located under the consoles on the port and starboard sides to keep gear stowed conveniently out of the weather but close at hand.

The 1850 Commander Elite is a big boat, measuring 19' 7" overall with the space saving SST transom. With this in mind, we upgrade the Shoreland'r trailer to a 4,000 lb tandem axle model. We find that the tandem axle trailer towes nicer at highway speeds and leaves ample extra capacity for fisherman who tend to accessorize their vessels and add extra weight. The Shoreland'r tandem trailer features a folding swing-away tongue, greasable bearing buddies, tongue jack, load guides and an optional radial spare tire with mounting bracket.
